Allserve Business
In the summer of 1987, Tom and Tom started Allserve a business servicing
boats moored in Nantucket Harbor. Motoring from boat to boat in an
unmistakable red 19' Sea Way, the Toms delivered everything from newspapers
and muffins to laundry and ice. "Ain't nothin' them boys don't do" was a
familiar phrase around the island. The Allserve boat was in many ways a
floating convenience store, saving visitors a trip to town.
In the earlier days, the Allserve boat was the center of all business
activity. Accounting, sales, administration, customer service, everything
ran out the Allserve boat. This is where it all began.
General Store
Today, the business has moved from its original location on Straight Warf
to 4 Easy Street a few blocks away. The store has a wooden sign outside
that reads "Juice Guys". Beyond juice sales, the store sells NectarGarb
wearables and gifts to tourists and locals alike. Everything from fleeces
to T's, hats to frisbees. You can find all the juice guy garb at this
store.
This is the official home of Nantucket Nectars so please stop in and
say hello to, Beth, the store manager and longtime juice guy. We recommend
ordering a "Nantucket Red" smoothie.
Allserve Distribution
Based on Nantucket, Allserve Distribution began as a way to get our
products to various island retailers. Still in business today, we have
expanded our services to carry a number of different beverages and snack
foods, and deliver to several accounts on the island. Allserve Distribution
is our only distributorship.
