For more than 20 years, Nantucket Island residents have been celebrating the arrival of spring by hosting the Daffodil Weekend. Co-sponosred by the Nantucket Garden Club and the American Daffodil Society, the event now includes an antique car parade, festive store windows, elaborating tailgate picnics in 'Sconset, and the Daffodil Flower Show. The daffodils are a beautiful sight to see, and definitely worth the trip to Nantucket this spring.
