Real Is Better

What does it mean to be "real?" "Real" is better than what?
Being real means being authentic, being true to nature, being pure. In juice terms, we like to think of it as being "closer to the tree." In other words, we make our products as close as we can to reaching up and picking that ripe fruit off the tree and eating it. We want to bottle that simple, natural taste and we want to do it the right way, the best way, the real way.
For instance: When Tom and Tom were first trying to get their juice produced by a large bottling facility, they wanted to make sure that the pulp that was an integral part of their blender concoctions continued to be a part of their bottled juices. However, they were told by the bottling plant this was impossible. The pulp, they warned, would clog the system and would halt production of the juice. Tom and Tom were not deterred. They kept at it until they found someone who agreed to produce the juice with the pulp, because real is better.
