Title: Redneck Red onion confit
Ingredients and Instructions:
5 medium red onions
2 tablespoons vegetable oil
2cups sugar
1and1/4 cup red wine
1/2 cup Nantucket Nectars Grapeade
1/4 cup raspberry vinegar
2 tablespoons Nantucket Nectars Auth. lemonade
Or squeezed lemonade

In a large skillet cook onions in oil over low heat until translucent.
Add Sugar, wine and Grapeade.
cook until dry.
Add vinegar and lemonade.
cook for two minutes
spoon over Turkey(confit can be warm or cold)

If you have leftover cluck here's a sandwich idea: (not quite turkey terrific but good if you're lazy)

two slices of sourdough bread(warmed)
Turkey warmed with dash of salt and pepper
cold Redneck onion confit.
***Add warm stuffing if you want to try to duplicate the best sandwich know to mankind (Turkey Terrific)
