If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return it within 30 days of the date of invoice. We will gladly exchange your product or credit your account. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return/exchange is being made because of an error on the part of Nantucket Nectars, in which case we will happily pick up the shipping costs.
Please include a note describing the reason for your return and whether you would like A) an exchange for another item or B) your account credited. We regret that we cannot ship out new merchandise as part of an exchange until we have received the original merchandise.
